It
is made from selected heavy-duty cast iron duly seasoned and
ground having diagonal webs to eliminate chances of distortion and
twisting on load. The guide ways are ground precisely for smooth
surface operation of saddle and tailstock. A removable bridge is
provided for turning and machining of large diameter jobs. The bed
is mounted on a sturdy and elegant cabined stand with built in
coolant swart tray for use of coolant liquid. |

STOCK |
Totally
enclosed ALL GRADER headstock is provided with oil bathe for
giving trouble free operations. Different spindle speeds are
obtainable from the gearbox with the help of 3 levers located in
front of the headstock, which are interlocked thereby eliminating
chances of simultaneous engagement of levers. The head stock
spindle is made from selected steel running in precision bearings
for smooth and silent operation. All gears are hardened and ground
for long life and trouble free operations. |

all normal with worth and metric threads. Different speeds of the
fed shaft are obtainable by the tumbler lever in conjunction with
two compound gear levers. All gears run in oil bath for long life

| CARRIAGE |
Carriage
is of robust design so as to withstand cutting stains on large
guide ways. The slides are accurately hand scrapped and four-way
tool post is fitted on the top of the slide. Friction grip
micrometer dials [thread dial indicator] is fitted to facilitate
screw-cutting motions. |
| APRON |
Apron
is of double wall type with fingertip controls to engage feed rod
for surfacing and sliding operations. Well-proportioned half nuts
engage the fed screw. A dog clutch is provided to the feed shaft
for safe guarding the apron. |
| TAIL
STOCK |
It
is robustly constructed running on prismatic guide ways on the
bed. Hardened and ground tail stock spindle is graduated to
facilitate boring operations. The stock is bored to take morse
taper centers, which is self-ejecting. It is provided with quick
action locking lever. |
